Bitter truth in an e-mail forward
Every so often the e-mail brings a joke forwarded by a friend that says it all. Witness:
They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for Iraq. Why don't we just give them ours? It was written by a lot of really smart guys, it's worked for over 200 years and we're not using it anymore.
Yup. That pretty much sums it up.

Yeah, it was written by some really smart guys, but as it was designed to restrain government and keep it small, it obviously hasn't worked for over 200 years.
